The AHORA Conflict Resolution System is a bilingual (English/Spanish) framework that helps staff resolve workplace conflict within 48 hours through clear, structured steps: Acknowledge, Hold Yourself Accountable, Open Possibilities, Request Repair, and Act & Align.
Its purpose is to reduce defensiveness, prevent assumptions, and build accountability and trust so staff can repair relationships and restore productivity quickly.

This Training goes beyond theory and places staff directly into experiential role-play scenarios. Participants practice resolving conflict in real, direct ways that mirror the challenges they face at work. Each scenario is drawn from real-life examples, pre-coordinated with organizational leaders, ensuring the training is practical, relevant, and immediately applicable.
